Introducing Mark Pipunic: WE-EF’s New Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand

WE-EF is pleased to announce that, as of 1st February 2025, Mark Pipunic has been appointed as Managing Director / Head of Region Australia / New Zealand. Having been an integral part of WE-EF since 2019, Mark brings extensive leadership experience, a people and customer-focused approach, and a deep understanding of our lighting industry to his new position.
Mark’s journey with WE-EF has been one of dedication and growth. Initially joining as Head of Operations, he quickly established himself as a trusted leader, stepping into an active MD role during key transitions and demonstrating his ability to lead with vision and integrity. His commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners has been instrumental in WE-EF’s success.
Reflecting on his time with WE-EF, Mark has always valued the company’s commitment to excellence and innovation. He describes WE-EF as a brand driven by “exceptionally special people” who work together to create high-performance lighting solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry. In his first address as Managing Director, Mark shared his vision for the future:
