Meet Us – WE-EF Australia/New Zealand

In the Australian and New Zealand markets WE-EF LIGHTING started its operation with just three employees in Victoria in 1994, growing to nearly 40 employees over the next thirty years. A wide range of exterior LED luminaires – from street and area luminaires to ingrounds and projectors – are assembled in Braeside, Victoria for delivery to commercial and public projects all over Australia and New Zealand.

Iconic projects like the Sydney Opera House, Melbourne Federation Square, Adelaide Oval Stadium and University of Queensland are examples of WE-EF’s success stories. With more than 30 years of customer support, technical expertise and outstanding product knowledge, WE-EF LIGHTING Australia / New Zealand is the preferred choice for many lighting, engineering and architectural professionals.

Mark Pipunic

Managing Director / Head of Region for Australia and New Zealand

Mark came to WE-EF LIGHTING in 2019 as Head of Operations coming from a background holding Senior roles in a career spanning 20 years in best in class Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing. In 2025 Mark was promoted to Managing Director / Head of Region for Australia and New Zealand and is well-placed to lead the team well into the future.

Elise Blight

Head of Marketing

With a background in managing the marketing strategy for a premium German heritage power tool brand both B2B and B2C for 10+ years, Elise is passionate about delivering results via marketing initiatives that support the network of sales partners while engaging and inspiring the end client.

Ronan Marsh

Head of Sales

With over 20 years’ experience in the lighting industry both in Australia and in Europe, Ronan brings a wealth of knowledge to WE-EF LIGHTING. He has held various sales and management positions with some of the world’s most respected lighting companies over the years. Ronan is as passionate about lighting as he is about people and he uses his broad lighting knowledge to deliver tailored, best-in-class and quality lighting solutions.
