Meet Us – WE-EF Australia/New Zealand

In the Australian and New Zealand markets WE-EF LIGHTING started its operation with just three employees in Victoria in 1994, growing to nearly 40 employees over the next twenty five years. A wide range of exterior LED luminaires – from inground luminaires to light columns and projectors – are assembled in Braeside, Victoria for delivery to commercial and public projects all over Australia and New Zealand.

Iconic projects like the Sydney Opera House, Melbourne Convention Centre, Auckland Sky Tower, Adelaide Oval Stadium and University of Queensland are examples of WE-EF’s success stories. With more than 25 years of customer support, technical expertise and outstanding product knowledge, WE-EF LIGHTING Australia / New Zealand is the preferred choice for many lighting and architectural professionals.

Jonathan Cleland

Head of Region Australia / New Zealand

Jonathan, who prefers ‘Jonno’ brings to the WE-EF family 20+ years leadership experience driving premium brands in B2B/B2C businesses in various industries mainly via designer specification. Jonno is passionate about driving growth and fiscal performance through the development of sales and marketing capabilities of the business and garnering a vibrant, positive culture.

Mark Pipunic

Head of Operations

Mark came to WE-EF LIGHTING following a career spanning 20 years in best in class Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing. Holding senior roles from Customer Service & Sales, Logistics, Lean & Continuous Improvement and Commercial, Mark is well placed to develop and lead the Operations teams into the future.

Head of Marketing

With a background in managing the marketing strategy for a premium German heritage power tool brand both B2B and B2C for 10+ years, Elise is passionate about delivering results via marketing initiatives that support the network of sales partners while engaging and inspiring the end client.

Ronan Marsh

Head of Sales

With over 20 years’ experience in the lighting industry both in Australia and in Europe, Ronan brings a wealth of knowledge to WE-EF LIGHTING. He has held various sales and management positions with some of the world’s most respected lighting companies over the years. Ronan is as passionate about lighting as he is about people and he uses his broad lighting knowledge to deliver tailored, best-in-class and quality lighting solutions.

Geoff Robinson

Head of Finance

Geoff is a results-driven, commercially astute, ex-Big 4 CA Qualified senior finance professional with over 30 years extensive experience in leading and overseeing all aspects of finance functions within ASX-listed, foreign owned, and domestic private companies in the manufacturing, financial services, and information technology sectors. Geoff has proven capability in creating efficiencies and transforming finance teams utilising best-practice principles.
